If you haven't gotten your giftcard for writing your Reviews yet I'd e-mail then or contact them somehow and ask what is going on. They should have e-mailed it to you by now. I always get my codes e-mailed to me about 30 days after the closing of the "writing reviews" period for that particular promotion.
